Ice spikes are massive spikes added in Terralith 2.1 made out of packed ice that can appear in Glacial chasm biomes, generated by using a shifted noise. Basically, the higher you sample at, the more the sampling gets shifted, in a direction supplied by 2 separate noises, causing the base of this noise to be large and to become thinner the higher it gets, creating spikes.
