_biomes
The Shield biome is a taiga type biome inspired by the Midwestern Canadian Shield forests. Like those forests, it is filled with spruce trees and some trees with yellow leaves, all this with a ground made out of Grass, Coarse dirt, Cobblestone and Podzol. This biome has two variants, Shield clearing, and Snowy shield.
