Incendium troubleshooting

From WoopMC

This page is here to assist you with any known issues with Incendium. If your issues persist, do not hesitate to ask on the https://discord.gg/QYDSunbGNP #support channel. Make sure you're using the latest version of Incendium and that your issue isn't common with other WorldGen packs here.

Blaze drops

Blazes do not drop blaze rods.
Cause :
  • Blazes outside of a fortress, meaning Sentries and Desert blazes do not drop blaze rods.

OR

  • You're using another Datapack, plugin, or mods, that modifies the loot table of Blazes.
Fix :
  • Try dropping blaze rods from blazes that spawned inside a Nether fortress.

OR

  • Disable Datapacks that modify mobs loot tables, for example, Mob Heads.

Conflict

My WorldGen mod does not work with Incendium / Incendium does not work with my WorldGen mod
Cause :
  • Incendium might override the dimension files of your mod, or your mod might override the dimension files of Incendium
Fix :
  • Delete the dimension file located in data/minecraft/dimension/the_nether.json from Incendium's .zip

Height limit

The Nether roof is not high enough
Cause :
  • Incendium has a 50% increase of Nether height, meaning the Nether roof is 50% smaller. Build height was not changed to prevent lag.
Fix :
  • Download slicedlime's datapack here.
  • Unzip Incendium and navigate to the /data/minecraft/ directory. Copy the dimension_type folder from slicedlime's datapack and stick it here.
  • Delete every file in the dimension_type directory EXCEPT the_nether.json.
  • Edit that file and look for ”height”: and change the value to 320. This will add 64 blocks of air above the bedrock roof.
  • If on 1.18 / 1.18.1 only, find the line that says "infiniburn": "minecraft:infiniburn_nether" and remove the #.
  • Save/exit, rezip Incendium, and load it to your world.
